The solution
During Week Two of the brand module I worked on site with four of the start-ups, creating brand concepts, reviewing exploratory design work, workshopping and refining the chosen solution based on their feedback. I had the pleasure of working with Intraharvest (harvesting bioenergy to power internal medical devices), Sensomi (sensory toys for children and young adults with learning difficulties), Bladstatz (monitoring the efficiencies of wind turbine blades) and First Reaction (a sports performance based app). The week culminated in a group presentation where each company was introduced, the premise behind the business explained and their brand mark ultimately revealed.
